Processing Time
Our normal business hours are from Monday through Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm Eastern Standard Time. We are closed on the weekend, and most major holidays. It usually takes 24-48 hours for us to process an order (prior to shipping it). Please note: processing time is not the same as transit time. Orders placed on Friday after 2 PM Eastern Standard Time will be processed the following Monday. Shipping companies do not do pick-ups or make deliveries on the weekends.

Transit Time
Please allow between 5-7 Business Days for shipping transit time. We use the following carriers and methods. Fedex, Smartpost by Fedex, USPS Priority, USPS First Class, UPS, UPS Mail Innovations. Based on various factors we will choose which method is used. Televisions/Major Applicances/Oversized Items will ship with private freight carrier and you will be given the name of the freight company and waybill number for tracking .Tracking is normally provided, however may not be available with certain shipping methods. If you require faster shipping service and you are willing to cover the difference in price, please call us before ordering at 800-790-6136 or via email through eBay contact vendor options.

Domestic Shipping to the continental USA 48 States is always free and includes Handling and Insurance.

Free Domestic Shipping is only available to any physical address (not a PO Box) that is located in the lower 48 states. Shipping to a PO box can delay your order and may require additional shipping costs. Please note ship time is not guaranteed when shipping to a PO box.

Return Policy
Please contact us at 800-790-6136 or through eBays contact vendor options to process an RMA.

You may return merchandise purchased from Ecomelectronics for a refund or a replacement, provided that the procedures and requirements referred to in our return policy below are followed. All product returns require a return authorization number (RMA). A RMA number must be issued within 14 calendar days after the date of receipt; it will be valid for 14 calendar days after it is issued.

Returns should be double boxed, to avoid defacing the original box/packing of the product. The RMA# should be clearly visible on the shipping label. A copy of your invoice and Order # should be included, and your Return should be insured, with shipping costs pre-paid.

Products that are returned with a missing, damaged or altered serial number and/or UPC codes will be refused RMA service and returned to you.

Refunds / Exchanges
A processing fee of 15 percent will apply to the value of all merchandise returned for a refund.

If you purchased a product from Ecomelectronics that you wish to exchange for an alternative, for speedier receipt of your exchange you can place a new order for the desired item and when we receive the original back we will issue your refund. If time is not an issue you can send back the original and upon receipt we will ship your exchanged item. Processing fees may be waived on exchanges, ask our service department about this when processing your exchange.

Refunds are applied to the payment method used at the time of purchase 5-10 days after receipt of the returned merchandise.

Defective Item
An item that was discovered to be defective upon receipt can be replaced with no processing fee. You may also return a defective item for a refund.

Return Shipping
Return shipping cost (the cost to send an item back to our warehouse) is like or comparable to your cost of driving to any store in order to return an item, which is not reimbursable. Therefore, we do not reimburse any return shipping cost. If an item you received is defective, we will certainly replace the item with a new one, however we do not cover or reimburse the shipping cost for returning defective merchandise back to our store. We will ship the replacement product to you at our cost, and use every good measure to ensure that the replacement order is processed quickly.

If an item is refused, the carrier bills us for shipping both ways, and these expenses incurred on your behalf need to be deducted from your refund.

Damaged Items
All Packages are inspected for damage before they ship from our warehouse. If your package has been damaged in transit, please contact us immediately. We must be informed of all shipping related claims within 3 calendar days after the date of receipt. A damage claim will be filed on your behalf and we will replace the item immediately once the claim is approved.

Return Exception
Although we have a very flexible return policy on most of the items we sell, there are some exceptions. There are product categories which are not returnable, due to hygienic, sanitary, or other reasons, as required by the respective Manufacturers. Please review the categories below to make sure that your purchase qualifies to be returned.

Non-Returnable Categories: If opened the following categories are non returnable. Consumable, Perishable, and/or Sensitized items, such as: Paper, Ink, Lamps, Bulbs, Batteries, and Software; Video Games; Personal Care; Printers.

Purchases from these categories are final. In case any of these items is defective, Customer must return them to the respective authorized service centers, for repair or replacement at the option of the Manufacturer. These items cannot be returned to the Merchant.

Televisions/ Major Appliances / Oversized items
These Items are only returnable if they have concealed damage that was not visible at time of delivery and will be exchanged for same exact model. Upon delivery you will be have the option to open/unpack the item for inspection before signing the manifest. In the event you are not available to inspect the item at time of delivery you have 24 hours to make any claims of concealed damage. You can contact us via phone or via email if it is after hours to file your claim.

If the merchandise is visibly damaged upon delivery, please refuse the delivery and note the manifest as such.
Contact our service department and an immediate replacement order will be prepared for you.
If you are refusing the delivery of the item and it is not damaged, you are responsible for the shipping, handling, and insurance charges for the delivery both ways.

Returns:

RMA Number:Before returning your item you must get an RMA Number (Return Merchandise Authorization Number) from a Home Buy's Plus representative. Returns will not be accepted without an RMA Number. This is a very easy process. Just Contact Us. You will be given RMA # and further instructions within 1 business day.

Restocking:A restocking fee of 10%-20% of the total sale price of the item will be deducted from the refund for all items that are refund only. This fee applies to open and unopened boxes. If you are returning an item with the intention of purchasing a different item from us the restocking fee may be lowered or waived in most cases.

Shipping Fees:Shipping fees are not refundable. If an item was shipped under "Free Shipping" the shipping fee we incurred to get the product to you will be deducted out of the return price. Our original shipping fee can be made available to you upon request. Buyer pays for return shipping. Free Shipping only applies to the original shipment. Refusing A Package:If you place an order with Home Buys Plus and then refuse a package for any reason other than damage to the actual item (not the carton), you will receive a refund for the amount of your original transaction less any shipping charges we incurred in getting the package to you originally, as well as the cost of the return shipping. Only one of the tires appears to be used, the rest appear to be unused.
These may not be complete kits. Only what is shown is included.
Refer to the part numbers shown. The condition is shown above. There
may be some minor issues with these wheels/tires (scuffs, discolored, missing
foam inserts, etc), but for the most part all of these look more than useable.

This is the kit that most monster truck / rock crawler builders ask for! The gear ratio is 6:44 and rears are complete. This 70's era truck was originally a wrecker used by a fire dept for many years and well cared for. The rears are very heavy and we will load free of charge with an appointment. Must be picked up in Blairstown, Iowa 52209, and please bring something that will haul 5500lbs. I will hold if paid in full for up to 60 days to give the buyer some time to pick up. 1992 CHEVY REG.CAB PICKUP. 350 v8 with 4 speed overdrive,maroon red with red interior, has upgraded aftermarket seat with center console, ac, manual locks, rear slider window, tinted windows 35%, cd radio with custom 8 speaker system (rockford fosgate speakers), as for the motor-new PLUGS, WIRES, CAP & ROTOR, COIL all done 3 weeks ago,motor runs strong and powerful... moving on to the exterior, aftermarket steel cowl hood, rear bumper roll pan, front roof visor, rainguards, has 6 inch lift, 35 inch tires with 15x8 american racing rims. rear tires are 70%, front are maybe 40%, has dual 3 inch magnaflow exhaust (roars going down the road) trailor hitch, viper alarm system........................................

EXTERIOR--HAS SOME BUBBLE RUST STARTING AT BOTH REAR CORNERS NEAR ROLL PAN, PASSENGER DOOR HANDLE HAS SOME PAINT PEELING (BOTTOM OF HANDLE) PASSENGER INTERIOR DOOR PANEL HAS RUST SPOT...
